Reviewed on 13th March 2017Spent about 5 mins trying to find a parking space. On return barrier would not lift as it said I owed money even though I was earlier than leaving time. Had to back up and try and find car park office. I did not owe any money.

Reviewed on 5th March 2017Parking was easy - take a ticket, barriers lift, park - go on holiday .. on return however when put ticket in the barrier, it said £75.00 fee over due .. nearly had a heart attack - pressed help button, girl offered no explanation just lifted the barrier for us .. I wonder how many people may have put there credit card in and paid ???

Reviewed on 29th April 2010I have used this car park a couple of times and in the past was very pleased. This time however it took me 2 trips back to the kiosk to find out why my ticket wouldnt let me out. The man in the kiosk was a little impatient and ended up having to raise the barrier for me.My flight landed 20 minutes early but it made no difference as it took me half an hour to get out of the car park. On this occassion i wasnt very pleased and not sure if i would use it again.

Reviewed on 12th April 2010As the voucher said on your return go to the booth opposite the yellow submarine in the car park, I believe this information is not straight forward as it was not in side but on the outside with no sign points to direct you then when I finally find it they tell me I didnt need to go there as the ticket had the info on to allow me to exit the car park

Reviewed on 13th January 2010Parked in Long Stay - sort of close to terminal. Areas very badly signposted - difficult to spot when coming back. Very messy having to go to the customer service desk in short stay to get your ticket stamped for exit. Much better systems in place in other airports - e.g. Doncaster, on exit insert the credit card used for booking at the ticket barrier - much easier.

Reviewed on 11th December 2009Follow the signs for Long Stay 1, I tell you this because it's not made clear which route to follow.Take a ticket and find a space quite simple although the walk to the terminal may be lengthy. On your return you go to the office on the ground floor of the multi-storey to validate your ticket. If you are returning late evening the office is closed,go straight to your car when you get to the barrier press the button, the operator will ask you for your refernce before letting you out.
