Just 2 concerns, can b a little frustrating driving around looking for space and confusion as to whether you should go to Customer Service to validate ticket on arrival back. ANSWER....If you purchased in advance, your ticket will show car reg number and also booking ref number. As it states on reverse of ticket, there is no need to validate the tckt, just present it into the machine and the barrier will lift. On arrival at the barrier, there were 3 cars who couldnt get out...dont know why that should be. I had no problem.

Reviewed on 23rd April 2010Got stranded due to volcano. Very impressed that son was allowed to collect car on our behalf while we were still overseas. Easy to arrange/use service, very good location will definitely use again!

Reviewed on 21st September 2009Everything about travelling from Liverpool Airport was a simple experience, with car parking on the doorstep. One minor problem was on returning,as informed by my booking confirmation,I had to endorse my parking ticket at a kiosk opposite the yellow submarine, this unfortunately, was not the case as it had moved, according to the guy in the kiosk, about 10 months ago! Apart from that, I would not hesitate to use yourselves and LPL again.
