Reviewed on 23rd April 2010Got stranded due to volcano. Very impressed that son was allowed to collect car on our behalf while we were still overseas. Easy to arrange/use service, very good location will definitely use again!

Reviewed on 21st April 2010I really cannot comment on this service as with a cancelled flight it was not used. The only comment I can make is disappointment in being told that I was not going to be reimbursed. I really feel that with circumstances completely beyond control that some sort of repayment should be in place

Reviewed on 12th April 2010As the voucher said on your return go to the booth opposite the yellow submarine in the car park, I believe this information is not straight forward as it was not in side but on the outside with no sign points to direct you then when I finally find it they tell me I didnt need to go there as the ticket had the info on to allow me to exit the car park

Reviewed on 22nd February 2010Arrived with only 10 minutes to park up the car park was very full, unable to find a space, rode around for ages trying to locate an empty space eventually had to leave car in a safe place yet not in a parking space. Many others had done the same. Received a £50 fine not very happy at all..

I would have scored full marks if we could have found where to pay more easily.

Reviewed on 14th January 2010Directions to booth opposite "yellow submarine", to collect voucher number, were a little misleading on a cold and frosty return from a wonderful holiday. Please read your own directions and see if you arrive at the correct place ie in the main indoor car park. On a more positive note the car park was very secure.

Reviewed on 13th January 2010Parked in Long Stay - sort of close to terminal. Areas very badly signposted - difficult to spot when coming back. Very messy having to go to the customer service desk in short stay to get your ticket stamped for exit. Much better systems in place in other airports - e.g. Doncaster, on exit insert the credit card used for booking at the ticket barrier - much easier.

Reviewed on 24th December 2009Absolutely faultless, much cheaper than cabs to and from airport and no hassle with waiting round. Not to mention how much cheaper it was to book through this site than just pay at the airport! Very impressed and will be using this service for all future trips.

Reviewed on 11th December 2009Follow the signs for Long Stay 1, I tell you this because it's not made clear which route to follow.Take a ticket and find a space quite simple although the walk to the terminal may be lengthy.On your return you go to the office on the ground floor of the multi-storey to validate your ticket.If you are returning late evening the office is closed,go straight to your car when you get to the barrier press the button,the operator will ask you for your refernce before letting you out.
