First time using 24/7 via Park and Go and would highly recommend - quick drop off at 3am and the pick up took about 20 minutes on the way home - acceptable for a busy Saturday afternoon at LA ! Only gripe would be they changed the radio channel !

Clear instructions, easy to use and very punctual.

When in coming back I waiting 45min for my car. The car dasboar show me the driver drive 10 minits and 3mile from last starting the engine

Not overly impressed with the set up. Guy collected the car, said sign here without marking anything down or taking mileage! Asked he fill it all out first then I would sign. His reply was "it's ok, I'll do it when you're gone". With that I recorded the mileage and after marking card with scratches from my car, I took a photo as wasn't confident in him at all! On arrival back at the airport, phoned through as instructed at various points! Asked that we bare with them it would be 15 minsute. Got to the car park after 10 minutes at 2am, only to be left waiting a further 20 minutes on top of the 15 minutes mentioned. Thankfully it wasn't raining! Did receive an apology but not the meet and greet I have experienced with other companies! Overall disappointed!

Great service - second time we have used the Luton based park and go and does exactly what it promised. Smooth logistics and friendly staff.

Very handy to park in a short stay area and walk to airport. Staff were very good, waiting for us. Everything was quick and smooth. Very good experience, will book again and already recomeded to other friends. Keep up with to good job.

Called when leaving passport control got to car park called again and waited a further 20 min very disappointed with the attitude of member of staff on the phone. Not sure I will use again which is a shame as have been good in the past.

Terrible service. Left for over an hour and a half waiting at the pick up point despite having telephoned twice as requested. We were given false information three different times. We were told the car was on its way despite our car tracker showing us that it had not left the compound. Absolutely disgusted and will not use again.
