Reviewed on 1st October 2022everything's fine. I just don't understand why I should call before my arrival. no one was waiting for me. I had to look and ask for my car to be accepted.

Reviewed on 16th June 2022Timing was fine and flexible with timing, however did not have change for a £10 note and was only allowed to pay in cash, therefore ended up paying at the ticket machine to get out the car park which was poor .

Reviewed on 30th April 2019The service worked okay however there were delays at both ends. When dropping the car off I think we had to wait around 10 to 15 minutes for a representative to arrive. Upon our return to the UK, although we had telephoned as soon as we collected our luggage, upon reaching the car park we had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for our car to be returned. Our previous experiences at Stansted airport had been much quicker than this.

Reviewed on 30th April 2018All went smoothly enough but I don’t consider this service a true meet and greet as the vehicle is not waiting for you when you step out of the airport. We had to wait 20 minutes in the multi storey car park for my car to be bought to me. Other services I have used have the car at the kerb side when you step out of the terminal.

Reviewed on 3rd August 2017Not overly impressed with the set up. Guy collected the car, said sign here without marking anything down or taking mileage! Asked he fill it all out first then I would sign. His reply was "it's ok, I'll do it when you're gone". With that I recorded the mileage and after marking card with scratches from my car, I took a photo as wasn't confident in him at all! On arrival back at the airport, phoned through as instructed at various points! Asked that we bare with them it would be 15 minsute. Got to the car park after 10 minutes at 2am, only to be left waiting a further 20 minutes on top of the 15 minutes mentioned. Thankfully it wasn't raining! Did receive an apology but not the meet and greet I have experienced with other companies! Overall disappointed!

Reviewed on 13th April 2016Had to wait around 15 mins for the man to pick up our key. Was not a massive problem, but as we had 4 children with us it could've been better. Coming home we were told to wait in disabled as it was 5 mins wait instead of 15mins - again time was midnight so dark and we had 4 children so not ideal as we didn't really know where to go. But still better to use this service than the offsite one where you have to get a bus - especially when you are coming back at an unsocial time!

Reviewed on 4th April 2016Drop off was good but collection was slow. The operator was concerned about the ticket expiring and we waited in the rain for 10 minutes. I don't like the new layout - being furthest away from the terminal
