Reviewed on 5th April 2022Would not turn out to take possession of the car at 4am so I left iit with blue circle. When I picked the car up 247 demanded £20 because I left the car a day late.I did ring on the 28th and was told the booking was okay. I have used and sent other people to use 247. NEVER AGAIN.

Reviewed on 21st February 2022Worst meet and greet service over ever used. Made me late for flight as they couldn't find booking, arguing the point even though they had the booking, then took 25mins to collect car upon return. Won't be using them again.

Reviewed on 16th February 2020We called 20 minutes before arriving as asked, when we arrived there was no one there to greet us, after waiting around for 20 minutes in the freezing cold I went to one of the other companies there, they had our details and asked me to leave my keys with them, I wasn’t happy but had no choice or would of missed our flight, even worse on return, I called the number when we landed and was told there was no one to bring our car to us, we had to meet this man and he drove us 10 minutes away to some grotty compound where I assume they leave the cars when you’re away, no apology nothing didn’t have a clue where we was, it was pitch black pouring with rain and freezing cold. Will never be using this company again.

Reviewed on 2nd January 2020Had to go back 10 minutes after I delivered the car to found out they left the car opened in the car park and unattended. Quite worrying. Called them and not even a "sorry"

Reviewed on 13th October 2019On arrival one of their drivers returning a car was literally driving on my rear bumper, he was obviously frustrated by my indecisive driving not knowing where I was going, something you would think they were fairly used to. Very poor understanding of language at change over and the guy who answered the phone upon our return was extremely rude to my wife. Would not use this company again.

Reviewed on 30th April 2019ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PICK UIP EXPERIENCE WHERE THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME AROUND 50% EXTRA AS OUR PLANE WAS LATE. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE EXIT CARD AND THINGS GOT HEATED. THEY THEN DROVE OFF WITH THE EXIT CARD AS I REFUSED TO PAY. I CANNOT PRAISE THE LUTON AIRPORT PARKING ATTENDANT ON DUTY THAT NIGHT ENOUGH WHO WAS VERY EMPATHETIC AND ONLY CHARGED ME THE 30 MINUTE RATE WHICH WAS STILL CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN THEY WANTED. ALL IN ALL VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Reviewed on 22nd August 2018Terrible service! Had to wait 50 mins for car (1hr 20 mins from initial call) ! Would have been quicker to get the bus. I followed all the instructions carefully and called twice - at 00:41am on landing and again at 01:10am after collecting luggage but the car didn't arrive until 2am! It was cold, windy and the kids were very tired. The whole point of booking this was I thought it would be quicker than the bus!!! I won't be using this service again.

Reviewed on 2nd July 2017Called when leaving passport control got to car park called again and waited a further 20 min very disappointed with the attitude of member of staff on the phone. Not sure I will use again which is a shame as have been good in the past.

Reviewed on 11th July 2016Terrible service. Left for over an hour and a half waiting at the pick up point despite having telephoned twice as requested. We were given false information three different times. We were told the car was on its way despite our car tracker showing us that it had not left the compound. Absolutely disgusted and will not use again.

Reviewed on 20th April 2016Diabolical road surface to the parking area, and a long way from the terminal. Had to ask to be dropped off nearer. On return asked for car to be brought nearer the terminal as disabled, and poor instructions led to a 25 minute delay in finding where my vehicle was waiting. Not valet parking at its best.
