perfect handover and collection

Good dropping car off but on return had to wait 30 mins and lots of calls before car came. Man on end of phone said we hadn't called earlier when we said how long we had been waiting! - could have caught bus in this time.

Fine on the way there, was met by driver. When landed at Luton had to wait for almost half an hour for car to arrive - wouldn't use them again as could have used a bus to the long stay car park in that time

Excellent service - driver waiting on drop-off, and car delivered back within a few minutes on collection.

Drop off went well. Phoned 10 mins away, car collected politely and driven away. Some warning of needing a pound coin for the barrier would have been nice - we could quite easily not have had one. Return was very disappointing. We had to negotiate with/persuade the person who (eventually) answered the phone to get someone actually to bring our car and not just pick us up (adults, small children, luggage) in a minibus. We had paid for the direct return of our car on our arrival. Moreover, the car itself was FILTHY, although it had been clean when we left it. Covered in bird mess and a lot of dirty water stains on side windows, windscreen and bonnet. And barely a word from the surly driver. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Went like clockwork! We have three children ranging from 3 - 11 so it was quite important to us that we didn't have to do bus transfers and long walks with cases. This was perfect, totally worth the extra money compared to park and ride. Would highly recommend to anyone, driver was there on time and absolutely no stress!!

Not a very good service especially as the driver returning my vehicle thought he was driving a racing car. He kerbed my car and didn't even have the decency to apologise for his foolish driving. I wouldn't recommend this service as the drivers clearly have no consideration for others vehicles.

Booked meet and greet service. Ok on departure, but on return had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be dropped off by a very rude chap who just shouted "Is this yours?", jumped out of the car and ran off. Won't be using them again.
