Once again it all worked well. The check in procedure was quick and only a couple of minutes wait before the minibus took us to the airport in plenty of time and its better that the drop off point is now under cover and closer to the terminal. On our return all was good but it was a bit cold standing waiting for the minibus and a few seats would have been beneficial.

Courteous staff members, very helpful overall. A little confusing as signage was not distinctive. Will use again, thank you.

Very good service, drop off and pick up went without a hitch and only 10 minutes from the airport, would recommend. Car was ready when we arrived back and we had no delay. Only minor criticism on arrival was the toilets at the drop off were not as clean as we would have liked and one was not working!

Very good service. Just the pick up shuttle from Luton airport back to the car park could have been a little quicker. The wait at the bus stop was a bit longer than expected, especially as it was around 11pm.

Very efficient service from the friendly staff I encountered. The parking is tight and the porta cabin not such a good working environment for the staff and customers. Hopefully this is a growth phase?

Usual hassle free experience, drop your keys in the office and jump on the minibus to the airport terminal. Simple phone call on arrival back, bus collects you and drops you at the office to collect your car, which has been made easily available to drive away. Simple service and value for money.
