Paige Airport Parking Reviews

After arriving back early hours in the morning there was a large queue at the pick up point which included young children we waited at least 20 minutes after calling and being told 10 minutes, when it arrived there wasn’t enough space for all passengers. The passengers ahead of us in larger groups then had to wait another 20/30 minutes until we were dropped off as there was only one bus running! I wouldn’t use Paige parking again it’s the 2nd time and I wasn’t impressed the 1st time this experience has put me off completely yet I was one of the lucky ones to get on the bus.

I was disappointed with the service as the pick up was slow. You guys need to invest in another bus and driver.

Usually the service is very good but this time it was not the case. We arrived early morning and even though there were 3 drivers in the reception and 2 mini buses outside we were left to wait for 25 mins. No one else got on the bus. We had to stand in the reception as the drivers were on the seats. Coming home we rang as soon as we were through passport control (we only have hand luggage) to be told a bus was there but would be leaving shortly and the next one would be 20mins. 35 mins later a bus turned up with approx. 8 seats but there was at least 12 people waiting. We was first at the stop but nearly didn't get on the bus. The rest had to wait again for the next bus. The reception person must have known how many people was there as we ring at the airport and also they have the details of peoples flights. We use the car park at least 5 times a year but unfortunately are considering going back to airparks in the future.

Reasonably straightforward arrival although its a good 15 minute drive from the airport. Return was chaotic. 1 driver and a minibus with trailer at the back with 30 people waiting for around 20 /25 minutes. As you can imagine at 8.30 pm on Sunday night everyone was desperate to get in the bus and not wait another half an hour so more people crammed everywhere by driver doing his best. Thought it was worth the £40 saving on airport parking but it wasnt.

I have used you on a number of times this being the worst experience as i and a number of others had to wait for over half an hour for the courier van to arrive - then it took only 10 mins to get back to the airport, there was hardly any traffic so i fail to see why it took so long?

Longest wait for the return bus ever (40 minutes). Also did not need my key ring taking apart.

I missed my flight and had to return the following day. Paige parking were unsympathetic, they did not return my parking fee, made me rebook and charged me again. I paid twice for the same days!

This looks a very new set up, if not then this makes my review even worse. The directions signs are not particularly well posted particularly when there is a much bigger (more professional outfit) just before the entrance and you can easily make a mistake. Cars are parked on loose gravel and mine was covered in thick dust on return. On arrival there seems to be no loos! or decent inside waiting area (it is far too small, part of a porta cabin) however there are loos but only porta loos not very nice after 2 Hrs driving. The departure seems not to be professional and travellers almost started fighting as the transport is only on 16 seater mini buses. On return from our holiday we had to wait well over 20 mins (others had waited nearly 3/4 of an hour after ringing the company. Again the departure was an experience, this time the driver was much more assertive almost aggressive in his manner, and still allowed some people who had just arrived to push their way in and board before others who had been waiting a while. If you have more than one key on your fob don't be surprised if they are not all together on arrival back at the office, with no explanation they take your car key off the key ring and throw the rest on the front seat of your car in full view of everyone else. NOT A COMPANY I WOULD USE AGAIN.
