It does what it says on the tin, staff are nice enough, shuttle busses are regular and it seems pretty secure. Be careful with your check out times as they like to charge extra if you are late! add at least an extra hour to your expected check out time. They do make you sign a disclaimer stating that you cannot claim for any damage however minor/major or if they are at fault and they aren’t responsible for anything being stolen from your car.

Bus wasn't there when returned and when it arrived we had to wait half an hour for it to leave which wasn't ideal at that time of night (21:30).

the first driver who took us to the airport was very helpful in loading our luggage but the 2nd pick up driver on the 4th was useless, he expects you the passenger to load your own luggage in the boot.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. An error was made in the recording of my collection time but it was fine. My only issue was the mud all over the carpet and door frame and the controls had all been changed and left on full blast.

Allow plenty of time! I booked in from 05:00 in the morning and turned up at quarter to five as I thought there would just be a shuttle bus (about the size of a normal bus) running that we could catch. In reality, there is a shuttle mini bus that you are booked on too which can only take a limited amount of people. It was extremely busy when we arrived and we didn't end up getting picked up till about 05:30 as the earlier mini bus was full. Due to the building work and traffic around the airport we didn't arrive until nearly 06:00 a:m by which time I had 40 minutes until my flight left. This was extremely stressful especially as I was on my own with 2 small children. We nearly missed our flight so I would definitely recommend arriving extra early if you want to use this company. There were no problems on the way back, hence 3 stars

All in all not a bad service although my car windows had been tampered with. Also the return pick up the driver was rather impatient with other drivers and drove aggressively. I felt unsafe to be honest.

All was fine but the 30 minute wait to be picked up from the airport on our return was a real dampener.

Decent price but facilities very basic, small waiting area. Car park not that well signposted, dimly lit and a shingle surface which could cause problems for suitcases and in wet/ inclement weather. Cars are parked VERY close together. Staff polite and I have not had any problems using Paige parking. It is what it is, a reasonably priced budget alternative to parking at Luton airport.

The customer service was very good. My negative point is the car park is far away from the airport ( more than 15 min). If you are on hurry I didn't recommend. For a long time journey with time to check in, is perfect.
