Reviewed on 12th September 2017Very quick service, nice staff, short transfer to and from airport, didn't have to wait at all for drop off or pick up. Only downside was my car needed to be cleaned inside and out and whoever drove my car had fiddled with the controls slightly.

Reviewed on 1st September 2017No problem finding the car park, friendly helpful staff, pleasant waiting area and transfer was good despite despite building problems at Luton airport. Had to wait a while on return journey, but roads on and around airport were extremely busy. Would definitely use them again and would recommend.

Reviewed on 5th June 2017First time using an off site car park, so was a little apprehensive regarding expectations. Pleasantly surprised however at how well organised the set up was and efficient and convenient the shuttle bus to and from the airport was. Will be happy to use again.

Reviewed on 26th May 2017The service offered by Paige is cost-effective and courteous. Only confusion on returning at Luton was finding the shuttle bus. The card said go to stop "O". The airport has stops labelled A to T outside the Arrivals exit. So we got on the bus at stop "N" which was the nearest we found that went to a nearby competitor car park. By accident we discovered stop "O" was a lot further away in another place entirely. This is partly the fault of Luton Airport, but Paige could try harder to avoid our unfortunate upset. Also the phone number given on the card went to a recorded message that said "voice mailbox is full" and we could not get assistance. Then we phoned another number which did get through to Paige. Like many passengers we were tired on our arrival, so were easily confused by these factors.
