Paige Airport Parking Reviews

Very well run site, no unnecessary waiting, and car waiting at front ready to drive away. The cost is very good as well, will be using them again the next time.

Decent price but facilities very basic, small waiting area. Car park not that well signposted, dimly lit and a shingle surface which could cause problems for suitcases and in wet/ inclement weather. Cars are parked VERY close together. Staff polite and I have not had any problems using Paige parking. It is what it is, a reasonably priced budget alternative to parking at Luton airport.

Dropping of the car was fine, no problems. When we came to collect the car it wasn't where they said it would be. So after a frantic search they located it in the old car park & then brought it to us after a 30 minutes wait. This was at 1.00am in the morning.

Everything was good with the parking, service and collection. Only bad point is they had no public toilet on site. Not good when you've been stuck in traffic on the M1.

This looks a very new set up, if not then this makes my review even worse. The directions signs are not particularly well posted particularly when there is a much bigger (more professional outfit) just before the entrance and you can easily make a mistake. Cars are parked on loose gravel and mine was covered in thick dust on return. On arrival there seems to be no loos! or decent inside waiting area (it is far too small, part of a porta cabin) however there are loos but only porta loos not very nice after 2 Hrs driving. The departure seems not to be professional and travellers almost started fighting as the transport is only on 16 seater mini buses. On return from our holiday we had to wait well over 20 mins (others had waited nearly 3/4 of an hour after ringing the company. Again the departure was an experience, this time the driver was much more assertive almost aggressive in his manner, and still allowed some people who had just arrived to push their way in and board before others who had been waiting a while. If you have more than one key on your fob don't be surprised if they are not all together on arrival back at the office, with no explanation they take your car key off the key ring and throw the rest on the front seat of your car in full view of everyone else. NOT A COMPANY I WOULD USE AGAIN.

Everything was OK, except the fact that at return the car was not waiting for us and had to wait for it a good couple of minutes,which was not pleasant after an hourly light delay-in spite of the fact that I did call twice about the changing of the arrival time.

Good prompt service from start to finish airport in good time and on our return to Luton bus waiting for us at airport. Very good service.

Transport to and from the airport was awful. We almost ended up missing our flight on the due to the fact that the minibus driver wanted to move cars around in the compound. On the return trip the minibus driver left us at 23:30 when we were approaching the minibus. It then took over 35 minutes until he returned as they only have one minibus operating. I would never use this car park again.

It was very easy to find the Paige Airport Parking facility, and the service for dropping off my car and catching the transport to the airport was very efficient and stress free. Getting collected after arriving through the airport was equally efficient, which is exactly what you need after a long day of travelling. Overall the experience could not been better and I will definitely be using Paige Airport Parking the next time I fly from Luton.
