Swift Meet and Greet Reviews

Car collected and returned safely, all good. It does take them a good 20min to get to the Airport so you have to phone them in time or you will be waiting. It would have been better if the guys were wearing more official clothing as they were very casual. Parking a few minutes walk from the airport, but that's Luton Airport's decision where to location all Meet & Greet companies. All in all a 4 out of 5.

Driver waiting when we arrived, so we could go straight to departures, and when we got back he was just coming into the car park as we walked through, so the timings work well.

Very good service. Car was there on time and staff was pleasant would recommend to friends and family.

The drop off was very nice and swift, I would give it 5 out of 5, on my return I call up and I told the controller that I have just landed. By the time to my car I had to pay £5 to come out because the driver brought the car out too soon, I rate that 1 out 5.

The return "meet" was delayed, so we were kept waiting late at night in cold, damp conditions for 10 minutes longer than promised. It would have been quicker to have used the long stay car park. The whole object of "meet and greet" was defeated.

Swift, Smooth and Efficient, would definitely recommend and also use again. Asem was particularly helpful.

Excellent service we had a 2 1/2 hour delay coming home we phoned after we collected our luggage and our car was there waiting for us no problem with us being that late. Will use them again. Thank you Swift parking.

Great service, have spent years messing around waiting for buses and transfers to car parks that combined add unnecessary delay to your journey. This service was great, waiting when I arrived, car was there within a couple of minutes of me arriving at the pick up point - staff were polite and efficient. Will happily use again.
