Well, outbound had no problems. Inbound a different story. I felt I had more mileage on my car than was acceptable. The exchange process took ages and subsequently rather than paying £1 to exit the car park it went into the next charge band. This was mainly due to the incompetency of the agent who failed to mention that we had to pay before approaching the exit barrier. So a queue formed behind our car and we had to navigate a complicated return to the payment machine. Therefore, now in the next charging band period and having to pay even more as it levied a £1.95 credit card fee as we had little or no change at all. But we did have a pound coin which would have been sufficient if we had been dealt with properly!! All this at 4.am on a cold Sunday morning at Luton airport.

Great service, on time only spoilt by the works that are taking place at the airport at the moment which made it a little tricky getting to the actual terminal - especially in the rain at 5.20am!
