The car park was good but access on arrival needs to be improved. It was very secure but we had difficulty gaining entry. When we returned on Friday around 5pm the traffic was horrendous and it took a while to pick us up and get back to the car park.

After we were picked up got back to car park and my car wouldn’t start so after Steve from Go Park And Ride try’d to jump start me still my car would not start so had to wait for someone to pick me up. Steve stayed with us then even dropped us off to where it was easiest point for us to get picked up from. Can’t thank him enough, I would definitely use this car park again.

The overall experience was fine but the place is difficult to find on a first visit. The sat nav told me I had reached my destination some half a mile away from the premises and there are no signs from the roadside to indicate where the place actually is. You have to drive through a garden nursery to find the gate to the car park and the gate only has a very small sign indicating "Go Park & Ride" with no instructions on how to get in. I had to ring them to open the gate for me.

Fantastic service, couldn't be better. There was a crash on the motorway and we thought we would miss our flight. I rang Go Park And Ride and they said drive straight to the airport and they would meet us there. We got there just as the flight was boarding. Fantastic service by Go Park And Ride. Great with the kids too. Can't praise them enough. Thanks, you saved our holiday. Will always use them in future ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
