This car park is easy to find but could do with some better drainage as some of the puddles are quite big, it is also a bit rough to pull cases to the bus stops, I will use again as it is easy to to get there and transfer is only short it is also value for money.

All very smooth and easy but the number plate recognition system never works for my car.

Have used Manchester Jet Parks before without problems but was not happy this time as auto number plate recognition didn't work on either entry or exit from the car park and I was kept waiting both times whilst an operator tried to sort the problem. Hopefully this was a "one off".

Excellent service I use this service every time I go away second to none five star.

In the past I have used Jet Parks 3, which was excellent. Jet Parks 1 - 2 are obviously new additions, possible hence the price difference, ok I except this. My only fault the would be the bus took much longer than 15 minutes to arrive to transfer us to the airport. However I will use your service in the future as I find it better that the long stay parks run by the airport.

Very easy to find and only a few minutes to wait for busses. Not too far from any terminal.

The car park is good, but on arrival they had no record of my booking, they let me park and I had to contact park and go to get it sorted out, which I did via email. but on return they still had no record of my booking and I had to wait 15 minutes until someone from jetparks drove down to inspect my booking printout.

Jet Parks 2 were very helpful, we parked ok but they did not have a record of our booking with Park and Go.

Car park was easy to find. No driving round the airport getting lost or stuck in traffic. The automatic number plate recognition didn't work but only had to press a buzzer and give the reference number and was let in straight away. We found a space to park straight away and the bus arrived within 5 minutes. Bit of a bore having to travel round all the terminals however on return it meant we were the last pick up. Returned to the car which was as I left it although a little tight getting it out. Would definitely recommend and re book again
