Easy to find and enter, did have a little problem finding a space. Bus pick up good, short waiting time.

Easy in and out

The location of the car parks is great! Just 5 mins away from all terminals. We only had a slight problem with on our printed confirmation it did not say if we were in Jetparks 1 or 2? We initially went to Jetparks 2 and through the intercom told we needed to reverse out and go to No 1. good job it was'nt busy and no cars behind, but only a few metres further down the road!

Having used Jetparks many times before and always been happy with the service we were highly disappointed by the treatment we received in the early hours of Tuesday 7/7 by a completely obnoxious and uncaring bus driver. Despite my querying if we had the correct car park with the driver, we ended up at the wrong car park. He insisted we got off the bus at the last stop, did not even offer to drop us off at the entrance. My wife and I then had to drag our two large cases and cabin luggage across the car park to the exit. Negotiate an extremely large flood of water onto the busy main road, walk some 1/2 mile dragging our cases with us back to the correct car park. Here a second bus driver stopped and offered to help but by which time we had retrieved our car. I will be writing to Jetparks making a formal complaint on the treatment we received by this driver in the hope that some form of disciplinary action is taken to prevent this happening to anyone else in the future.

Apart from the horrendous puddles on a wet day Jet Park 1 is ideal.

The booking process was efficient and easy to follow. The price was very competitive. We printed confirmation of the booking with all the information we needed eg directions to find the car park and how to access the facility. On arrival at the car park we followed the said instructions but the automated barrier did not recognise our reg number so we needed to use the help button. This hiccup was sorted within minutes and we proceeded to park. The bus to the airport was very frequent and dropped us at the entrance. On our return the bus came within minutes and we were back at the car park quickly.

Easy to park and bus every 15mins. Note that Park & Go give you a voucher so you have to push the 'help' button to obtain a token. It is worth noting that Jetparks3 is also quicker on the bus(and often cheaper)now that the new link road has been completed.

These car parks are very well located and useful, I would normally give a "5" however the bus driver didn't stop at the terminal required for my wife to get off (T3), he said "I didn't think anyone wanted that one, If you stay on I'll be going back round in about 20 minutes" which wasn't possible as she was already running late due to a problem with an amendment to the car she was trying to park, the number plate recognition system hadn't been updated with the new info. Park & Go were extremely helpful and sorted that out very efficiently, so for that, many thanks to them! I WILL use their services again as they have no control over bus drivers employed by Manchester Airport!

A very prompt and convenient service. We have now used Jetparks several times at Manchester and would not consider using any other car park in the area. Thanks for being flexible as we arrived 2 hours prior to our scheduled arrival and there was no extra charge. Make sure to record the location of your car or risk being stranded. Book early for the best prices. A great A1 service.
