Jetparks 1,2 Reviews

I have used Jetparks several times before with no problems, but this time booked with park and go. I arrived at the Jetpark 1 as per booking and could not gain access, had to wait for assistance as I was told I had no booking, upon return I could not get out of the carpark with out assistance again because I had no booking. In future I will book direct with Jetparks as per previous times.

Excellent location. Transfers quick and easy.

Excellent, no problems with booking or using the service. Everything worked perfectly.

Used Jetpark 2. Easy to find, especially with video on Jetparks site. Parking spaces easy to find. Bus came in 10mins at 3am, only a 10min ride to Term 2. Only issue was that the barrier didn't open auto (unlike Jetparks3 last year)and had to push the 'help' button who then provided a token for return (via gate machine)and opened the barrier. Equally quick pick-up for return.

The car park is easy to find, but could do with more parking spaces for disabled, and the state of the ground is ok if the weather is fine but if it is raining the ground is bad to walk on and can be full of puddles.

Some difficulty with entrance and exit barriers but would used again

I made a mistake on our first visit, but received help and advice which impressed me. I would certainly use Jetparks again. The shuttle bus drivers are also very good. thanks

Easy online booking and good directions to the car park which was well laid out and secure. Good bus service to and from the terminal. We really appreciated assistance with the luggage on the way to the terminal, but this wasn't available on the return journey. Good advice to make a note of parking location before departure. We would use Jetparks 1,2 again. Great facility.
