If only Manchester airport was as organised and easy as Park & Go! We have never used LCS before but we were very impressed. The driver arrived promptly to collect the car and dropped it back to us on our return within 5 minutes. So much easier than parking off site and getting a bus, we would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I am very happy to do a review. I was flying from Gatwick and had to change to Manchester. Smooth change. Quick response. Arrive Manchester day before and got a call warning us of problems at the Airport. Asked if we could get a bit earlier no problem. Airport meet smooth and so polite. Back to UK. Flight delayed, arrive UK and baggage delayed by apx 70 minutes.G ot a call from LCS telling us not to panic, just call back when we have luggage and exiting the area.Directions clear, arrived car park and 4 minutes later car arrived. Same nice polite helpful man. Told us we had apx 30 minutes to exit, plenty time to load up and sort out Sat Nav. Thanks for all your help. Great service, will never use another company. 5 star service.

Following guidelines called 20 minutes before arrival and driver was awaiting us at Manchester Airport drop off area, which was very good. Unfortunately, despite following instructions and ringing on having collected hold luggage had a 35 minutes wait from making call for car drop off, which let them down a little.

Perfect as always, takes one stress away from going on holiday. Picked the car up at departures and within minutes of clearing customs the car was back at arrivals. Excellent service.

Prompt and efficient service with minimal waiting. Only 15 miles on the tacho on return, though disappointed in finding my on board crash camera had been disabled by taking out the cable.

Waited 50 minutes for my car when I was told it would be 10 minutes & to be told it’s because I was delayed? Don’t they check the flight details which they had already?

Cannot fault the service provided by Luxury Chauffeur Services (Manchester), rep was there as we pulled up at T2 drop off, very polite, professional and courteous and only a 5 min wait when returning at T2 West. Very reasonably priced and will certainly be using this company again.
