Waited 50 minutes for my car when I was told it would be 10 minutes & to be told it’s because I was delayed? Don’t they check the flight details which they had already?

Used this service a number of times and been okay previously but this time was terrible. On return to T2 rang and was advised car would be with us in 10-15 minutes didn't arrive. The next hour was spent ringing to find out where the car was and got a succession of excuses - driver had to go to T1, car blocked in, car being towed out, we'll call you back. Eventually 1 hour and 10 minutes later car appeared absolutely filthy, don't know where they had it parked. Driver said yes it wasn't right we had to wait so long/condition of vehicle on return and said manager would contact us to offer compensation. Yeh right like that was ever going to happen !! Won't be using them again, would rather pay more and use one of the official companies connected to the airport.

Unfortunately a bad experience this time. Took 1 hour and multiple phone calls for them to arrive. Massive thumbs up to airport staff though fully understood my situation and only moved me on once in the hour. just made it to the gate as it was closing. I expected arriving 2 hours to departure to be plenty of time.

Followed all instructions but driver was not at terminal, forced to drive around in circles as there is no waiting allowed, meaning wife and baby were stood alone. After a 30 minute wait I ended up driving my car to another terminal to drop the car to the driver rather than waiting. Nothing luxury about this poor service/company.

Would never book with this company again!!We arrived in Manchester airport yesterday & phoned as instructed, was told someone will be there in 15 mins. Waited half an hour and phoned again to be told our car has been towed as waited too long for us even though we had been standing waiting. Another half hour passed & phoned again to be told our car is in a different car park so will need to wait on it coming from there. Then was told they are stuck at a round about! All in we waited 1 hour & 35 mins for our car. It was absolute pouring of rain & I have a 1 year old son so this is not acceptable. When our car finally arrived the guy driving it was on his phone (whilst driving my car) got out car, threw key at my husband & left without saying a word, didn't even wait till we checked car. Don't know why it's called Luxury chauffeur as the are just guys dressed in joggers & hoody! Terrible experience!

Luxury?? Driver was a young lad in scruffy jeans and tee shirt, other drivers were in a car that had just been dropped. They were all messing with seat controls and larking about.

We have used this company a few times and not had any issues, however, this time we had problems collecting the car. I called their mobile number after clearing customs but the number was unavailable. It took us 40 minutes to get through to them and another 20 minutes for them to bring the car. During that time we had the worry that something had happened to the company and how would we get the car back. Park and Go were brilliant, after I phoned them they managed to sort it out, but we were lucky it was during office hours as we would have been stranded. The whole point of the meet and greet service is that it's supposed to be convenient and quick but after this experience I would not use LCS again.

Waited 50 minutes outside terminal 3 at Manchester for them to bring the car on our return. We had a tired 3 year old toddler to contend with as well. Called as they suggested. Called several times in the end. Each time we where told the driver was only a few minutes away. This was obviously not true as our live car tracker showed the car was still parked up in the car park. I would not recommend this company and we will not be using them again.

I have used many meet and greet services before and always had really good service however this one was very unsatisfactory. Having spoke to someone at LCS after collecting our luggage and was told they would be 5-10 mins. After waiting 20 mins we rang again for them to say they were stuck in traffic which at 3am I found quite hard to believe. After another 20 mins we rang again to be told it would be 8-9 mins and sounded like they were just leaving where the car was parked. After waiting outside for an hour with a small child the driver did arrive with our car no apology at all. I asked about complaining and was told to ring the office and the guy pretty much ran away. Would definitely not recommend for honesty or reliability!
