We phoned the driver 20 minutes before to arrive to airport and they didn’t know anything about our booking, so we had to wait 20 minutes to meet the driver. When returning the car, the driver seemed to be on rush and when we were inspecting the car, the driver had already gone without asking me a signature or something.

Waited absolutely ages for them to collect my car. I rang as I got at the end of the M67 Hyde, got to the terminal 20 minutes later and had to ring driver another 30 minutes later to see where he was. Car park security at airport kept asking me how long I was going to wait there.

I have now used this company twice.I regret to say I will not be using them again. The first time in August things went fairly well although we did have to wait quite a while for someone to collect the car from us at the airport. However we used them again in October 2018 and initially on the way to the airport rang 20 minutes before arrival as requested. We tried multiple times and got no answer, almost on the point of exasperation someone answered and said it was a new phone system or something to that effect.(THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IS CRITICAL THAT THE PHONE IS ANSWERED PROMPTLY AND YOU ARE TOLD WHAT IS HAPPENING!) The car was collected okay but on our return we rang from the airport and again received no answer despite 3 separate calls. Eventually it was answered and again we were told of a new phone and "black spots" etc.

We have used this company before and have had issues in the past but thought we would try them again. 10 minutes away we phoned them up and were told they couldn't find the booking but to proceed to the airport. We waited and eventually someone arrived and took our details for our return. On our return we rang, they couldn't find the car! 45 minutes later they arrived saying we were expected earlier! They took the information off us ! This was not a meet and greet service!

Instructions followed prior to arrival but we were kept waiting at the airport. The driver arrived and began telling us about a row he had been having with other staff members, and saying how bad the traffic was. Anyway two weeks later and no lessons learnt ! Instruct followed and we were told 15 mins... it was more like 25 ...the driver arrived moaning about the traffic and though he apologised again he was not the friendliest of personal. Will be looking for another company next year I am afraid there was nothing luxury here !

Terrible on departure and excellent on arrival. We had to wait nearly 1 hour to get the car collected on departure and had the stress of driving around T3 a number of times as wasn't allowed to wait outside the terminal. Need a better arrangement if drivers are not available to collect the car. This meant we only had 90mins to get through a busy airport security with 3 kids so not a good start to hols. On return I was apprehensive but the driver dropped off the car after 10mins...no stress! Wouldn't use them again.

Service needs to be much slicker to be classed "luxury". Took me about 15 attempts to get through to inform them of my arrival time. One line for incoming calls - really? And it was 330 in the morning, so pretty poor. I then had to wait nearly 40 mins at the terminal before the driver showed. Both drivers were courteous so no probs there and car was delivered promptly on my return. Need to get your arrival process sorted though.

Despite phoning 20 minutes before our arrival at Manchester, we had to wait 30 minutes in the departure area before anyone arrived to pick up our car. Not a great start to the holiday! The pick up on our return was much better with only 5 minutes to wait.

We had 3 cars booked and had booked well in advance. On ringing pre arrival as asked, was told they only had 2 drivers and one was already seeing to another customer. Therefore the waiting times to have cars collected was considerably excessive, causing a huge delay in checking in for our flight and only just made it to gate before it being closed. Therefore found the whole experience very stressful. I do feel that if they take several bookings for similar drop off times, they should have more drivers available, or contact customers to ask them to arrive earlier as not to be having to rush.
