Following guidelines called 20 minutes before arrival and driver was awaiting us at Manchester Airport drop off area, which was very good. Unfortunately, despite following instructions and ringing on having collected hold luggage had a 35 minutes wait from making call for car drop off, which let them down a little.

Prompt and efficient service with minimal waiting. Only 15 miles on the tacho on return, though disappointed in finding my on board crash camera had been disabled by taking out the cable.

Does what is says on the tin. We got there early and had to wait, but that was our issue as we got there early. And the car was there with in 2 minutes of walking out. This would have been 5 stars but the state of that car when it was returned looked like it had been parked IN a conifer… like covered it all sorts… but other than that a great service.

Good price. Arrival pick up very prompt within couple minutes, smooth transition. Return pick up had to wait over 20 minutes which was disappointing when they are based so close. Remember to take cash on arrival you have to pay the exit fee to the person collecting, not the machine.

We have used LCS for several years now and they have always provided us with a great and convenient service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Drop off was first class. Driver there when I pulled up. Returning vehicle / called as soon as we got through customs. Took 30 minutes for Vehicle to be returned. Which meant a longer than expected wait. But overall a good service.

We have used LCS previously on a few occasions and always had great service and this time was no exception. It is a bit more awkward nowadays with the expensive drop off charges to time exactly the meeting time with the LCS staff and we did end up having to wait on a side road for 10 minutess in order to be there exactly at the agreed time but this is the fault of Manchester Airport. On arrival back into Manchester the car was delivered within about 15 minutes after we rang them, it was clean and in the condition we left it with them. No complaints, we will use them again.

Slight delay upon arrival as so many cars turned up for 5am...but only 4/5 minutes. On way back turned up within 15 minutes. Would definitely use again.
