Reviewed on 3rd August 2014Late collecting my car on arrival at the airport for outward bound flight even though 20 minutes notice provided. Late delivery of my car on returning to airport - a wait of nearly 30 minutes. Suspected use of my vehicle during the 11 days. Fuel levels lower than they were when dropped off

Reviewed on 29th June 2014The service was late on departure and arrival. On return of my car looked like it had been parked in a bird sanctuary, it was valeted the day before we left it and now needs doing again. This service obviously doesn't give a hoot, I asked the driver where it had been and he said he didn't know, he also gave me the impression that he didn't care. They are obviously do not have the staff to cope with demand as they were woefully late. Never use them again.

Reviewed on 24th June 2014I have used many meet and greet services before and this was one of the worse experiences I have had, on arrival I called and advised I was 15 mins away when I called me to say I had arrived at the terminal they told me it would be another 15 mins till they arrived the idea of calling ahead is so someone is waiting when the guest arrives. I travel a lot with work and don't like to spend a long time at the airport so these 15 mins were very costly for me and I wouldn't use this company again.

Reviewed on 28th March 2014Had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to collect my car when I arrived at Departures Had to wait 10 minutes to get picked up on arrival Then 5 of us (me, two colleagues of mine and another driver) had to cram into my car to drive back to the 'depot' The 'depot' was an unused, unsecure Regus office car park My colleague's car was unlocked when we arrived at the 'depot' The other colleague that was with me then had to be taken to another 'depot' because his car wasn't there I then noticed that my car had been driven for 26 miles whilst I was away (the 'depot' was only 1 mile from the terminal at the most)

Reviewed on 16th June 2012The car was returned very dirty. There was small white crystals and bird muck all over the car. The returning driver was rude and off hand saying they can not control the birds.

Reviewed on 20th May 2010excellent.even though we were delayed 3 days it was easy to get in touch and prompt attention to our plight was given will use again and recomend this company.

Reviewed on 4th April 2010The departure collection at the airport was 10-15 minutes late, even though we had given them 20 minutes warning. On collection the car smelt very heavily of smoke and still does.
