Used this service a number of times and been okay previously but this time was terrible. On return to T2 rang and was advised car would be with us in 10-15 minutes didn't arrive. The next hour was spent ringing to find out where the car was and got a succession of excuses - driver had to go to T1, car blocked in, car being towed out, we'll call you back. Eventually 1 hour and 10 minutes later car appeared absolutely filthy, don't know where they had it parked. Driver said yes it wasn't right we had to wait so long/condition of vehicle on return and said manager would contact us to offer compensation. Yeh right like that was ever going to happen !! Won't be using them again, would rather pay more and use one of the official companies connected to the airport.

Excellent service, driver was waiting when we arrived at the airport and only waited 15 minutes after collecting our luggage on the return journey.

Ive used LCS for meet and greet at Manchester a number of times as their prices always compare well against others and we have never had any problems with their service. An easy alternative to park and ride, great for families.

Absolutely spot on. Driver waiting when we arrived at terminal to take the car away. Then called them to let them know we were back and car was delivered within 10 minutes. Will definitely use again......👍👍👍

A swift collection of the car from T2 drop off, however a bit of a wait on return due to the new location of T2 pickup point in the new car park as it had only opened 2 hours earlier. I still would recommend this service again.

Chauffeur waiting for us when we arrived at Manchester T2. Handover quick. On return given clear instruction where to collect car. Chauffeur was there within 5 minutes. Have used Luxury Chauffeur Service before and quite happy to use in the future.
