1st class made things so easy

this was a very good service, even when our flight got delayed by 5 days and we had to be picked up at 3.30 am. they were very efficient and quick

Simple, quick and efficient service, all that i needed.

Excellent service, waited a max of 10 minutes both journeys in the warmth of the terminal entrance. No problems at all and certainly value for money.

the service itself was good, prompt and on time, the only problem i had was when they bought the car back they had done 51 miles in it this added extra cost to the parking i wouldnt have used this service had i known how far they took it to park it!

A short wait for the driver at drop off, probably as T2 was very busy but at pick up the car was waiting for us as we exited the terminal, can't really fault that! Driver very courteous.

This is the 4th time we have used the Luxury Chauffeur Service at Manchester Airport and the service was as usual excellent. They were there to take the car as we arrived at the Airport and it was returned within minutes of us clearing the baggage reclaim area. Worth every penny for the peace of mind knowing that they provide such a good service and allowed us to concentrate on our holiday.

The departure collection at the airport was 10-15 minutes late, even though we had given them 20 minutes warning. On collection the car smelt very heavily of smoke and still does.

Excellent service and well worth the extra money spent.
