Reviewed on 6th August 2009I received very good service from start to finish, booking was easy, I changed my car a week before I went on holiday which was no problem. The parking itself was easy with no problems, the drivers were friendly and arrived quickly when picking up and delivering my car, will use again and recommend to others, thanks.

Reviewed on 26th July 2009As instructed we rang 15 minutes prior to arrival only to be kept waiting 15 minutes for the car to be collected. The same happened on our return with a wait of 10 minutes. For a service that is supposed to offer personal customer service, it appears that it is run for the convenience of the operators.

Reviewed on 11th July 2009We were disappointed with the service - we rang the office as requested to advise them we would be at the airport in 15 minutes to be told they were not expecting us and it would be at least 30 minutes before they could be there. At the departure area you are only allowed a few minutes to unload the vehicle and drive away, this is the point when they were collecting our vehicle. On our return, again we rang at the time requested expecting them to bring our vehicle to the area outside arrivals but we were told that we had to make our way to the departures area and they would meet us there. Very dissapointed with the service and will NOT be booking again.
