VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Hiccup on return because transfer point wasn't made clear - we may have got a parking ticket which we will pass back.

Drop off at the airport was quick, simple and thorough.The driver took a note of the mileage, I signed the paperwork and away he went. Pick up at Terminal 2 wasn’t the best, apparently Manchester Airport won’t allow car parking drivers to drop the cars of at the front of the airport outside arrivals, so it kind of defeats the object of using VIP Meet And Greet having to walk around to a bus stop to pick up your car, okay on a dry day but not so good on a wet day. It would have been closer using the meet and greet parking service at Terminal 2. Maybe VIP Meet And Greet need to try to do something about the situation otherwise they’re going to lose custom, such a shame really as their service is so good.

Overall I was very pleased with the service. However we found when we were a little late dropping off (because of a bit of a jam on the ramp leading to the drop off area)your operative was not very understanding and was a bit short over the phone.

the man was waiting for us on arrival at terminal 3, in a company polo shirt making it easier than other firms I have used before. Checks was quickly completed fuel and mileage noted. On return, it was chucking it down and a little more chaotic but still good, we was asked to meet 2 minutes away as terminal 3 was very busy, checks was done and okay. Best meet and greet I have used so far.

Used them many times. Straightforward on the outbound and return. The dashcam was disconnected which was annoying as I didnt notice till I set off. And why was the radio on and set to a different channel. How far away is the car park?

Excellent service as usual.

I have used the service a few times and always think they are excellent... however on this occasion I found a tiny dint on a rear panel probably caused by another cars door... annoying I didn't spot it in collection but it was nearly midnight... apart from that great service, very professional polite staff...

Unfortunately on our return to Manchester there were 2 empty cups of coffee in the cup holders. 1 from McDonald's which was mine and 1 from Costa which wasn't mine. Don't have a problem with this as I understand that the cars are parked away from the airport but please remove you rubbish.

Excellent service. We arrived early but no problems, driver collecting car was there in 5 minutes and very polite. We received the same excellent service on our return.

Good service, had to wait a bit for return though.
