Reviewed on 21st February 2017Callerton Parking Outdoor has moved its location slightly to Bellair Parking. The two supposedly separate Parking Companies are now 1. This together with Park & Fly all being operated by the same Bus (which belonged to Newcastle Airport on-Airport parking) I suspect they all belong to the same Operator and the prices for all these being more expensive than 2016.

Reviewed on 18th December 2016We have used Callerton for 10 years or more and always been happy with the service, unfortunately our experience this time was tainted by the long weight we had for transport from the airport. Returning from a hot climate holiday we didn't enjoy standing in the cold wind for what seamed like an age. When I phoned the number on the card given to us when we left the car, the phone was answered by what sounded like a young man who didn't want to be there who I think said we had just missed transport and a bus would be sent as soon as possible.

Reviewed on 17th December 2016Our outbound experience was great as usual. Our return experience was poor. The bus was late collecting us from the terminal and the driver was very rude and abrupt. He threw the bags into the bus and slammed the doors. Very disappointed as we have used Callerton many times and have always had a good experience.

Reviewed on 2nd December 2016A very pleasant professional friendly experience. The attendant took my car keys issued receipt and explained the return pick up procedure. The trip to the airport was short and comfortable, the driver/attendant explained where to go for the return pick up wished me a good flight. On my return i was picked up within ten minutes of clearing customs a short trip to pick my car up and then off home. Will definitely recommend to others and use again myself.Many Thanks
