Good service overall but slow to pick up on return journey.

All good, quick and easy.

Staff were courteous and friendly. No need to hang about either going or coming back as the pick-ups were prompt. Will use Callerton from now on.

This would have been a 5 but when we arrived the yard location had been changed and although it was just over the road and coupled with arriving in the dark we couldnt find it, and on seeing the original yard chained shut cause us some panic. Great service though once the confusion was overcome.

Used Callerton many times and always been happy with the service. They have moved reception point to a larger car park which is now much better.

as I was unable to travel as I suffered a stroke at the airport, Callerton transferred our booking to a holiday that is booked for later in the year. Many thanks to them.
