Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

Very poor reception office-scruffy and damp, Had to wait at least 20 minutes to be picked up on our return in spite of 2 phone calls to the reception centre who told us transport already on the way. On driving car away & switching radio on found radio had been used as we could not get preselected Stations so had to completely retune Radio.

Staff where friendly but when booking the car in was told to sit in the car and wait for the transfer bus? we replied how can we when you now have the car keys, was told customers usually leave their cars unlocked? (well I don't) When returning after holiday the transfer bus dropped off their customers at park and fly first where someone took our case off the bus without us knowing, when we reached Callerton parking the driver had to phone to find our case which was at the roadside he went to retrieve it while we went to get our car key, was then told that they couldn't find the car key, when they found it they had to then go and find our car : Not good, have been told that all of the car parks in the area including callerton are now owned by the airport?

Booking in and transfer to airport really quick. Driver friendly and courteous. On return rang to request pick up and bus was only a few minutes away. My car was ready at the front of the car park when we were dropped off. I always use Callerton.

Service was good It is not obvious which vehicle to get into when we return to the Callerton pick up point at the airport. Callerton was not shown on the vehicle we ended up in. The driver seemed to be going to other destinations as well as Callerton.

Easy to find. Quick drop off and pick up, no hanging about.

So easy to book and use. Friendly helpful staff with no hassle. Drop off and pick up very smooth and hardly any waiting at all. Definitely use them again as price also competitive.

On arrival my booking was not in the system. This then required a 10 minutes delay while our booking was remade. The service and staff were very good as always but feel customers should be advised that this is no longer Callerton. On our return we were met and all people present taken to whichever car park they had booked. The driver informed us that another bus was on the way. Surely one bus could go to one park and another to the other park rather than each bus going to all parks.

Friendly and reliable service used many times.
