Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

Callerton Parking is under new management and when we commented on this upon arrival we were told things were going to be more professional. We were satisfied with the previous company so were interested to see the difference. All fine on outward leg but on return home the vehicle was not waiting for us inspite of this being promised. We would still be standing there if we had not phoned. Eventually the vehicle arrived (no apology offered) but was not big enough for everyone waiting! One of the two staff members had to stay behind. We were left to close the heavy sliding door ourselves from the inside despite the two staff members being present. Not impressed at all by this experience.
