Good service as always. My only criticism is the height of the step into and out of the minibus which was difficult for my elderly passengers.

My experience when collecting the call was a problem. Although the parking was informed of my arrival time the car had not been moved from the pound to the drive away point. The office had lost my keys. After 20 mins the managed turn up and apologised for the delay and said fill out this form and discount vouchers would be sent to me for future us.

Use this every time we fly from Newcastle, staff are always polite and smiling, I know now it's owned by Newcastle airport but still good service.

As the previous reviewer noted, this car park is now run and managed by Newcastle airport (who now have a monopoly on all the onsite/offsite carparks as they have taken them all over) Check in is now really slow. You have to repeat all the details you entered when booking (Car details, Flights etc). Bus now drops you a fraction closer to the main door. Bus picks up from same place (different from where Callerton used to drop/collect you). You no longer phone for the bus. You just stand around wondering if a bus will ever turn up. As previous reviewer commented staff less friendly/helpful. Hopefully things will improve with time.
