Absolutely no problems. Staff very friendly and professional. No hassle getting picked up on the return flight.

Good efficient service drivers could have been more personable.

Everything worked liked clockwork, they had the paperwork ready for when we arrived and the mini bus was there to take us to the airport. Once we rang to let the staff know we had arrived (an hour late), the bus was there within five minutes. Would definitely use the car park again

Excellent service, I couldnt fault it at all. We landed at newcastle airport and called the number given and were picked up within 5 minutes, I would thouroughly recommend this car park to anyone.

Callerton Parking was easy to book, easy to find and an overall easy experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our car had a flat battery and as we arrived back from the airport it had been jump started and running for a while. Fantastic service!

Very close to airport so transfers didn't take long but we arrived at 5 am and it was VERY dark. Difficult to see where you were walking/sort out your luggage, minimal outside lighting. Tatty little bus. Would sooner park at Airport next time. May cost more but worth it.

Easy to find from directions and quick service although we waited a little while for service to collect us - only a couple of minutes from the airport excellent service
