Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

Service was slick and friendly

Excellent service on both drop off & pick up. Prompt collection on return. Will certainly use again. Thank you.

an excellent service. Driver was extremely helpful and chatty. Totally took the stress out of parking and riding. Thankyou very much

Very functional. Not the best looking place, but staff very courteous and transfers very efficient.

Prompt drop off and collection, hassle free handover of car and keys, courteous staff reasonable rates. I would use again and can recommend Callerton

i have used callerton parking outdoors 4 times and have had excellent service, i certainly would recommend Callerton, and will use them in the future

a good efficient car parking experience, the pricing made it cheaper than two taxis back and forth so we would use the service again if the price remains within that range cheers

Good directions, friendly efficient staff. Good service, but had to wait a while for transport back to car park on return. No big deal.

First class service.

I had no idea what to expect of Callerton Parking but I was certainly not disappointed. On arrival, it looks a bit shabby but as soon as I met the staff I knew I was in good hands. We were met politely, professionally and (so rare these days), cheerily. The transport to the airport was very timely and efficient, only taking 5 minutes at the most. We were given clear instructions as to what to do on return. The return was equally good. Having phoned the number we were given, the minibus arrived in 5 minutes and we were treated in a courteous and friendly manner. On arrival at the parking site, the car was waiting for us at the entrance. All in all, excellent service and I will definitely use Callerton again. Why 4 rather than 5? Really just because the initial impressions are a bit rough and ready. Don't be put off though, these guys are really good!
