Callerton Parking OUTDOOR Reviews

I echo the positive and negative comments made on 10 August. The minibuses which took us to/from airport were relatively new (02 and 04) but needed a good clean inside. For this reason alone I would not use Callerton again. 30 August 2009

We have used Callerton parking twice now - once for a flight outside of the country in the early hours of the morning, and once for a short flight to Bristol. On both occasions the service has been extremely efficient and friendly. Many thanks. NL Shann.

The directions were reasonable, the rates were good, the staff were helpful, but the airport set-down and pick-up was a bit frenetic, and the general look of the car parking area left something to be desired (a bit scrappy and tight).

Although the reception area was rather scruffy and some could be a little put off by the dog, the service provided was excellent, friendly and very efficient in both directions. A small improvement would be to change the pick up /drop off point at the airport as this was a little cluttered and awkward to negotiate with heavy cases. Otherwise a very good service.

I have used Callerton many times and feel that parking my car there is very safe. The only thing that i would say is that the office could do with a refurbishment, it looks a bit tatty and unkempt.

The drop off and pick ups were prompt. One weeks parking would have been £32.00 we parked for 8 days and were charged another £12.50 for 1 extra day. The transfer bus was a little tatty and could do with an up grade though this isn't a great problem as you are only on the bus for 3-4 mins. Overall, apart from the price not a bad service.

The reception area needs too go back to the way it was, when every car turns up together no space in office for the people to wait but the service is very good staff very helpful.

The pick up and drop off service at the airport was very prompt. The only problem was that there were no signs to tell you to just leave your car at the door even though you were blocking the route to which a member of staff told me off for.

Directions to park were good as was service, there was no waiting and on return, within minutes of phoning from airport to walking to pick point the transport arrived.
