Arrived on a night flight to be told that 30 people were waiting to be picked up, first come first served basis. 1 mini bus operating to transfer passengers!, in end my family booked a taxi to take us to collect our car. Abrupt, non professional service.

Callerton car park looks like a scrap yard when you enter it with the run down entrance, broken roadway, massive guard dog on the office step. Then you drive into park your car and find there are no parking bays and cars are parked only inches from each other, which apart from the risk of damage means they have to be moved many times during there stay to get needed vehicles out. Then there is the office, you are looking around for Steptoe and Son. The there are the vehicles they take you to the airport in, ours was a 10 year old transit, panels all banged, seats very dirty, head rests eaten by a dog, gaffer tape all over holding it together and door lock broken and the driver saying the boss wont replace it.

The place was run down, handle fell of office door,. the place never look secure The man booked you in was rude, would not use it again.

Outbound. I arrived on time and introduced myself, only to be told there was no record of my booking. lucky for me I had with me a printed copy of my online booking showing that I had booked and paid in advance. the attendant reluctantly accepted the car. returning home picked up from airport after a short wait and given the keys to my once gleaming car. one side of the car was covered in so much mud it was hard to see out of the windows and the drivers foot well and control pedals were thick with mud and leaves. will I be leaving it with you again ? what do you think.

Pick up from the airport was very stressful - only one minibus was sent over and this resulted in a scramble to say the least with a lot of pushing and shoving and resulted in waiting over an hour to get back to the parking lot. Driver not very helpful.

On our return flight we were kept waiting 45 minutes before we were picked up at the airport this despite 2 telephone calls requesting pick-up We will never use Callerton again

Does what it says. No problems,No worries

It is obvious the parking is in a very muddy field, When I collected my car late on friday last it was dark and raining it was not untill the next day in daylight that I was able to inspect the car, I was appalled to find the car covered in mud splashes even the cill to the drivers side door was muddy prints inside and it was obvious from the state of the rear mud guards and wheels,they had been spinning to get the car out of the muddy field, I had to have the car cleaned at a cost, it is the very last time I will be parking at Callerton Park and Go.

Perfect as always. Within 5 mins we where parked and in airport. Two bus loads on return and only waited 5 mins. Would never use any other carpark than this one. Highly recomended. I never even had to lift my case out of my car as driver did it and put on and off bus. What a gentleman.

The only carpark we would ever use. Was slow on collection as we waited 20 mins which is most unusual compared to other times used. And still several people left waiting for bus to return again. But we still will use again as its a gem of a service to leave car at entrance and have it there upon return.
