Easy to find, park your car then straight to airport, very convenient.

I will never use Callerton Parking again. This was nothing more than a common for storing cars. There was no lighting at all outside. We arrived at three in the morning and were greeted by an ignorant attendent who was swearing under his breath at myself and my son in law!! Never again !

Very close to the airport and fast to pick up on the return flight. I was displeased by the fact that my vehicle had gained 5 miles on the clock when I was told that it would not be moved. This magical gain in mileage may be due to the fact that it is a very fast sports car and someone decided to take it for a spin along the (strangely enough) 2.3 mile stretch towards the A1 and back again. Very Disappointing.

On return to uk went to pick up my car only to find drivers side carpet and seat dirty (mud) and also air con switched on and 10 miles on the clock. no explanation given. Will not use carpark again and would not recommend it to any one else.

The transfer between the carpark and airport was swift, but the mini bus was dirty and dangerously driven, i was uncomfortable leaving my car in the car park which had several vehicles that looked like the area had previously been a dismantling yard.

The car park is disorganised, looks like a scrap yard, cars are parked in a field, and the mini bus is dirty with food and bottles both on the floor and seats. We collected our vehicle to find the number plate on the dash board as it had been knocked off.

The reception area was scruffy and cluttered although I had booked online approx 3 days prior they did not have any details of my booking. The car drop off area was unorganised with limited space and cars were backed up to the main road waiting to book in. The airport transfer bus was dirty and smelly inside. Although we did not experience any problems upon our return the transfer bus was prompt and our car was ready for collection
