Reviewed on 28th July 2009We were not happy with the return journey as we had a 20min wait after being told there was a bus on its way and they only sent one bus to pick up too many people waiting which meant we had to wait another 15 mins for the next one. We would probably not use them next time but pay the few extra pounds and use the on site airport parking which we have used before without issue.

Reviewed on 21st July 2009Very good until the end when we were left waiting to be picked up (after phoning) for nearly half an hour. No apology, just "I thought I'd picked up everyone from your flight". The phone call asking to be picked up must have been ignored.

Reviewed on 1st July 2009Too much of a delay from booking in the car to actually being taken to the airport. Driver would not leave until he had a full minibus.

Reviewed on 22nd June 2009Location very convenient and close so transfers are easy, however, impression is that office, systems and bus for customers could be improved although the staff were polite.

Reviewed on 7th May 2009We were disappointed on our return, there were 3 separate bookings on the flight who had phoned to ask to be picked up and we had to wait at least 15 minutes in the cold before the bus arrived, we were told by the driver that he had not been told straight away to come for us.
