Very functional. Not the best looking place, but staff very courteous and transfers very efficient.

I had no idea what to expect of Callerton Parking but I was certainly not disappointed. On arrival, it looks a bit shabby but as soon as I met the staff I knew I was in good hands. We were met politely, professionally and (so rare these days), cheerily. The transport to the airport was very timely and efficient, only taking 5 minutes at the most. We were given clear instructions as to what to do on return. The return was equally good. Having phoned the number we were given, the minibus arrived in 5 minutes and we were treated in a courteous and friendly manner. On arrival at the parking site, the car was waiting for us at the entrance. All in all, excellent service and I will definitely use Callerton again. Why 4 rather than 5? Really just because the initial impressions are a bit rough and ready. Don't be put off though, these guys are really good!

The directions were reasonable, the rates were good, the staff were helpful, but the airport set-down and pick-up was a bit frenetic, and the general look of the car parking area left something to be desired (a bit scrappy and tight).

Although the reception area was rather scruffy and some could be a little put off by the dog, the service provided was excellent, friendly and very efficient in both directions. A small improvement would be to change the pick up /drop off point at the airport as this was a little cluttered and awkward to negotiate with heavy cases. Otherwise a very good service.

I have used Callerton many times and feel that parking my car there is very safe. The only thing that i would say is that the office could do with a refurbishment, it looks a bit tatty and unkempt.

The drop off and pick ups were prompt. One weeks parking would have been £32.00 we parked for 8 days and were charged another £12.50 for 1 extra day. The transfer bus was a little tatty and could do with an up grade though this isn't a great problem as you are only on the bus for 3-4 mins. Overall, apart from the price not a bad service.

The reception area needs too go back to the way it was, when every car turns up together no space in office for the people to wait but the service is very good staff very helpful.
