The pick up and drop off service at the airport was very prompt. The only problem was that there were no signs to tell you to just leave your car at the door even though you were blocking the route to which a member of staff told me off for.

Very efficient service both on outward flight & incoming flight; Picked up within 10 minutes of phone call from terminal building; friendly service; The site is a bit of a shock but would certainly use this service again.

Excellent Service, convenient location for airport. My only criticism was the cleanliness of vehicles and professionalism of the staff, a good wash wouldn't go amiss to complete what is considered to be a good service. Thanks

Very close to the airport and easy to find with thye exception of the sign being covered by weeds. The place looks a little rough and ready, but the service was exceptional. We even got a smile at 4.00am in the morning. Would use again without question.

The service was excellent and the booking procedure simple. The only negative comment was that the vans transfering you to the airport are looking a bit shabby. But overall I would highly recommend the company.

Good service, when we got back to collect he car, keys ready and car was just ready to drive away straight away, we didnt even have to go into the office. The coach came within 10 minutes as well when we landed at newcastle airport. We will definitely use again.

Car Park easy to find and max 5 mins transfer to airport. Didn't see area where cars are parked because you leave your car at reception and someone parks it for you and you pick it up again from reception. Check-in room was very dark and a bit grotty but the staff were pleasant and efficient. Service was quick and no waiting around for transfer bus unlike other car parks I've used in the past where I've had to wait ages for the transfer bus, making it stressful if you have cut it fine for check-in at the airport. Would use again if flying from Newcastle.
