Reviewed on 20th May 2009Very good service - two small points. When coming north off the A1 it would be helpful if the directions to the car park included the word 'immediately' after the level crossing - we missed the entrance first time! We were just a little uncertain as to where exactly to wait following our return to Newcastle for the transfer. Overall though, excellent value for money.

Reviewed on 18th May 2009This car park was very close to the airport. We didn't wait long for the minibus to the airport or back and the car was parked ready to drive away. A very efficient operation. I will use again in July.

Reviewed on 14th May 2009Staff were extremely helpful and polite. We decided to have a 1/2 valet service which was completed to a very high standard - it included the boot been cleaned as well.

Reviewed on 25th April 2009Overall I was impressed. I did have the anxiety that my car would be driven all over Newcastle but this was proved wrong. Speedy drop off and pick up and car in one piece when I got back. My only complaint was that my car needed a (good) clean. Lots of dust and bird poo!

Reviewed on 21st April 2009Callerton parking provided a friendly, prompt and well priced service for the week up to 16/04/09. There are no frills but it is well organised and I shall be happy to park with them again.

Reviewed on 17th April 2009Worked out well for us although on arrival staff did not have details of our return flight and on pick up/return it looked as if we might not all fit in the minibus - children had to sit on parents' knees - very dangerous for all. If that happened again, I wouldn't be keen on using the service again.

Reviewed on 23rd March 2009Service was as expected. Left car at entrance to office and collected from the same location. Collection from airport was speedy without problems. Only down side Office did not give a good impression but staff very helpful. Entrance easy to miss 5 meters past level crossing but well signed the rail level crossing takes most of your attension as you drive. Will use again.
