Reviewed on 14th July 2009Not great on the eye, as in looks a bit shabby but Staff were spot on and my car was in the same great condition when i returned home to the uk. Cheaper than some of the other car parks in the area too, so an added bonus. Well done & thanks.

Reviewed on 11th July 2009All went well and very close to airport which is a bonus. Cheapest we could find on any website. Efficiently run. First impression is that of a rundown farm but it served the purpose well.

Reviewed on 10th July 2009First time we have used Callerton and would definitely use again. Speedy 3 min transfers to and from airport. Polite friendly staff. One complaint, we used outside parking and car driver footwell was full off grass/hay and could have been cleaned out before collection, otherwise great.

Reviewed on 9th July 2009Booking on line was easy and reliable. The car park is easy to find with the directions given. On first sight, the place looks off- putting being on an old railway siding. The cars are packed in like sardines resulting in doubts about dents and scratches. The mini bus transport to and from airport leaves a lot to be desired in cleanliness. However, any initial doubts I had were unfounded and I would use the place again. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed on 30th June 2009Good route instructions available and easy to find. First impression was a little off putting due to restricted entrance next to the tram stop. However, the staff were great. The customer service was spot on and they achieved everything that they list on the web site. - on return, the car was fine. again, the collection from the airport was spot on. - I would recommend using this service again the next time I fly from Newcastle. Thank you.
