Newcastle Park and Fly Reviews

My wife and I used Park&Fly, Newcastle in May for the third or fourth time. As usual we found the service to be first-class. The staff were both efficient and friendly. We will use Park & Fly next time.

Drop off and getting to the airport was good but getting picked up had a long wait and the bus had to return due to the amount of people waiting.

First class service.

We had a very late booking in time, 2am. No problem, we drove up to the gates, we opened the gates with the push button, the member of staff on duty that night was very friendly and helpful, drove us over to the Airport within minutes of parking the car. Returning from our holiday the mini bus was waiting for us, drove to pick our car up within minutes. No waiting, or messing around, first class service.

Very efficient, almost no waiting, no need to phone from airport as bus arrives as your plane lands, then drops you off beside your car.

Really handy location less than 2 mins from the airport and the drop offs and collections are always prompt.

This is the best car park in the newcastle area. Exemplary service, quick and efficient.On our return from Belfast the bus was waiting, driven straight to our car, The driver put our luggage into our boot, all with all with such a pleasant manner. Never use any other car park if space available.
