We have used the service for several years now as we have always found the service excellent. This year there was a fairly long wait at the collection point, and was only speeded-up by another gentleman calling up on his mobile so a point dropped there I'm afraid. Otherwise the usual efficient service that I would recommend to anyone.

Slight delay in picking up from airport on our return but apart from that an excellent service, friendly and reliable. We have used in the past and will use again in the future

Thanks. It was very efficient. The car-park couldn't be nearer, so we were out of the airport, onto a minibus, picking up the keys and away in a matter of minutes.

First class service as always. Courteous staff & efficient service. Transport was waiting for us when we returned to Newcastle airport at 1am, and we were on our way home in our car 10 minutes later. We have used Newcastle Park and Fly many times over the years and never had a problem.
