Very efficient - receipt of vehicle, checking in arrangements and collection from airport.

Excellent location and easy to find. Perfect pick up and drop off point. Great price. Courteous staff. A hassle free experience. I can't recommend highly enough and they will be my first choice in the future.

Attitude of staff leaves a lot to be desired

Got a free upgrade to the air port car park. The pluses were that we parked near the terminal and did not have to wait for a transfer bus. The downside was that it was not as secure as he main car park and we had to take our car keys on holiday. When we returned it took 10 mins for someone to answer the intercom within the airport to let us get out (I understand that this is out of the control of park and Go)

we were given a free upgrade from park and fly to short stay.we would highly recommend it!

Due to snow I was redirected to the airport long stay. This worked well and I appreciate the reasons

Once again got upgraded to the short stay carpark outside the terminal, thanks very much, this was due to the weather being bad and not being able to get the cars out, great service, tahnks again.
