Excellent, once we had found it. The directions given did not work for me. A map would have been better.

I had never used Park and Fly and was a bit doubtful after watching Watchdog. I left my car on a week holiday and the service in which was provided was great, the staff where friendly and helpful and took us to the airport, on return the mini bus was waiting for us and returned us to our car which was parked up and had never been moved. Would definately use Newcastle Park and Fly again.

Extremely polite and helpful staff. I dropped off the car and my daughter picked it up a week later. A very good experience from start to finish. Well worth finding!

A reliable service

Staff friendly and efficient. Car ready and waiting despite us being delayed for a day. However signage is poor from main road- easy to miss turn-off as it appears to lead to a hotel.A more visible sign is needed.

i was very pleased i booked your car park the driver was very kind as i left my bank card in the car and he brought it to the airport for me, so i will be booking again and tell my friends about it.
