Lost my ticket thought i would have a problem getting car showed my passport and got car staff were very friendly even at 330 in morning Waited about 10 min for bus to take us for car

Everything first class from booking, reception & picking-up car. If we fly from Newcastle Airport again we will certainly use Park & Fly.

Very efficient no hanging about at the airport once home they were there to meet us. Looked after "his pride and joy" very well in deed, very competatively priced many thanks

As always, the staff are very polite and helpful and I particularly appreciate the free upgrade to on-airport parking, which I have now used twice. Thanks - and will be using you again and recommending to others!

Upon arriving at the park & ride I was upgraded to the short stay car park next to the terminal for no extra charge, thankyou very much.

Excellent service. Literally 2 minutes from the terminal. Staff all very very helpful. Driver went out of his way to pick us up as we came out of the terminal on return. Taken straight to the car. Couldn't have been better.

1st Class sevice with the drop off/pick up point right outside the airport entrance - not at the far end of the car park like some of the other companies.

An excellent service at a very competitive price. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to everyone.
