Excellent friendly service at a very reasonable price compared to others not as near to the airport. Waiting time outward was about 2 minutes and upon return approximately 5 minutes. No need to call Park and Fly upon return, they monitor flight arrivals.

The instruction to find the parking were not clear, and the sign posting to the parking lot was very poor. The other services were very good.

I found Newcastle Park and Fly very easy to use. They were very polite and told me every thing i needed to know without me having to ask. I felt very assured that my car would be in safe hands. The mini bus that took us across to the airport was there waiting for us and the driver was very polite. On my return home, again the bus was there waiting at the pick up point and drove us back to the car park where it took all of 2 minutes for them to give me my keys and we where loaded up and on our way home. All in all a very good service with no hassle which is just what we wanted and would definetly be using them again.

Really close to the airport, very helpful staff, easy transfer and secure parking. What more could you want?

Brilliant, a couple of minutes from the airport, easy to find, staff very professional, transport waiting as we walked out of the airport, no time lost at all, I will certainly use again.
