Excellent service, dropped the car off and transferred direct to airport departure door. Pickup on arrival within 15 minutes and dropped 5 meters from the car. Better than parking in the airport car park where you have to find your own way in whatever elements.

Excellent service once again. I always use this particular carpark as it is ideally sited next to the airport and the charges are good value for money.

Would recommend Newcastle Park & Fly to any one looking for airport parking. They are easy to find and transfers to and from the terminal were punctual.

I use Park and Fly on between 3 and 6 occasions a year and usually I have absolutely no criticsm to make. But on this occasion I found the reception member a little unprofessional referring to me as 'mate'. On our return we had to wait for at least 10 minutes before we saw a vehicle at the airport to pick up. At least two other customers became impatient and began ringing the office to ascertain why there was a delay.

Extremely easy to find, staff very helpful and efficient, 2 minute transfer time. On arrival, no telephone call, they are there waiting on you, would highly recommend, and wouldn't hesitate on using this firm again. 10/10 thank you.
