Faultless service at the lowest cost we could find. Very helpful and polite staff and we didn't waste a second longer than we had to. It is only a 2 min journey to the terminal and the mini bus was there waiting both times. Especially liked the way the cars were waiting unlocked so we could start loading the luggage whilst we got the keys. The only (small) criticism would be the clarity of the directions. If you just said it was behind the Premier Inn, it would have been so much easier !!!

Service was second to none, no complaints at all. One small criticism, it would be nice if the staff were a little more cheery especilly as people are due to be going on holiday or business, a little cheer does the world of good. All in all an excellent service nonetheless!

Excellent service no waiting checked in and out very quickly and efficiently.

The car park was good but the minibus they sent to pick us up at the airport was too small for the amount of passengers so had to wait in the freezing cold and they could have cleared the windscreen of the car of thick snow and cleared pathway to the boot as that was thick with snow also.
